Lost Boys is a venture studio in Singapore. We find industries that still run on phone calls and spreadsheets. Then we build the company that fixes the problem, and stay to run it.
The studio
One studio. Many ventures.
Most startups burn their first year on the basics before they get to do anything interesting. We built the basics once. Every new venture gets them on day one, so its time goes into the problem.
We work in industries that touch everyday life and still run on old software. So far: care homes and mental health practices, plus the back office of food and beverage. And we don't hand over the keys after launch. We operate what we build.

What we're building
LightHouse Connect
Practice software for psychologists and counsellors, with clinical notes and a client portal. Record a session and it drafts the note. The clinician checks and signs it.
Cawan
Pooled ordering for food and beverage businesses. When outlets order together, buyers get bulk prices and less stock ends up in the bin.
The shared platform
Built once. Used by every venture.
None of this is for sale. It's what each of our ventures runs on.
Brand
We develop names, identities and each venture's voice in-house, so families and clinicians take each one seriously on the first visit.
Product & engineering
Every venture uses the same approach to building and hosting, with security and data residency planned before the first line of code.
Go-to-market
We reuse a launch playbook that covers positioning through to the first hundred customers.
Operations
The studio shares support, finance and compliance, so a six-month-old venture doesn't have to act its age.
Who's behind it
We're a small team of builders and operators. Between us we've designed, built and run digital products for large organisations across Asia-Pacific, including a national-scale marketplace. Now we build our own.
